Panko coated pearls of cheese, sat on

beetroot puree, balsamic dressing and salad

chorizo, braised leek and new potatoes

Slowly braised beef in a rich mushroom & baby

Braised in garlic & rosemary, shaped and coated

in panko breadcrmbs, served on dauphinois potatoes

with a red wine lamb stock and fresh mint sauce, topped with red currant jellies
