A light, creamy risotto, laced with smoked haddock

 Pan fried with sweet corn puree, sautéed

chorizo, braised leek and new potatoes

sauté potatoes, spinach & mustard dressing

 

Chicken Breast

Sautéed chicken strips with creamed

cannelloni beans, savoy cabbage and bacon

 

Open Sreak & Mushroom Pie

Slowly braised beef in a rich mushroom & baby

onion sauce, topped with puff pastry and chips

 

Lamb Shoulder

Braised in garlic & rosemary, shaped and coated

in panko breadcrmbs, served on dauphinois potatoes

with a red wine lamb stock and fresh mint sauce, topped with red currant jellies
